Prime Time Advantage Group's core management team has substantial experience and extensive
networks in the real estate and finance industries. The team’s broad experience – in acquisitions,
construction, financing, marketing, leasing, management, deal structuring and negotiations – allows
the company to capitalize on a wide range of investment opportunities where timing, complexity,
size or other challenges may limit other investors.
Our organizational structure, made possible by outsourcing its property management operations to
our subsidiary management company or best-in-class local partners, facilitates nimble decision-making
and implementation.
Dan Herdoon, Managing Partner
Multifaceted experience in real estate, investment banking and commercial finance. Real estate projects
include development of 115-room ultra-luxury boutique hotel and restoration of a fifteen story luxury
condominium and retail property ($300 million in sales).
Eugene Zlatapolsky, Chief Operating Officer
Veteran real estate professional with a focus on strategic planning, acquisitions, construction, financing,
leasing, marketing and negotiations (approximately 2MM+ sq. ft. of development properties and
$1.5 billion in sales).
Extensive expertise in business, finance and real estate gained while assisting in venture capital and
private equity fund formations. Mr. Kaminez has additionally spent considerable time managing his
personal real estate portfolio.
