company abides by a flexible approach, focusing on key apertures to maximize short and long-term
financial returns. Prime Time is initially focusing on three key property and portfolio types, all are
generally held one to four years.

level of physical rehab or redevelopment

Single Family Residential Properties
Acquired individually or as a portfolio at considerable discounts; either (a) renovated
and sold; (b) renovated and rented, or (c) sold wholesale to qualified investors
